How We're Ministering Now

Things have changed. During the current COVID-19 crisis, we are worshiping the Lord together, but "together" now means worshiping in an online format rather than in our church building. Our Facebook page (find us by searching for "Odessa Baptist Church" at www.facebook.com) has posts of worship services led by Pastor Spencer, along with worship music links provided by our Minister of Music. You can toggle between the liturgy (or worship service) and the sermon and the links to hymns and songs. A worship bulletin with current news and tidbits related to our congregation has been posted on this site. (We try to post our bulletin on Thursday afternoons.) The links have words as well as music. Also, on our Facebook page, you will find interactive Bible Studies that you can do at home. And we have been publishing a weekly newsletter. For a copy, please write to us or send us a message. We know this is a challenging time, but our prayer is that the Lord will help us all get through it as we seek to shelter in place.
